The Browse This Collection section of the CMBs 1538-1812 page for any selected parish gives sets of dates, but doesn’t specify whether the events are baptisms, marriage or burials.
The successful searches that I made of all the datasets routinely bought up results with a name but no date or parish (often Kidlington).
On the plus side, the quality of the images is excellent
It appears that there is a systematic problem that where a register starts after the DPA cutoff date the register is listed with a date range— even though the range is nonsensical and may leave an empty collection of pages from that regster.
In other cases, the closing date for the register is shown but because of the DPA closure, the date range displayed when browsing is shorter.
Baptism, Marriages, and Burials, 1538-1812
The Event Parish column seems to be consistently filled in for baptisms and left blank for marriages and burials.
Births and Baptisms, 1813-1915 > Banbury, St Leonard.> Browse
Date ranges offered: 1930-1915 and 1961-1915
Births and baptisms 1813-1915 > Browse > Ambrosden > 1965-1915.
Empty book with dates on inside 2965-1997
Births and baptisms 1813-1915 > Browse > Adderbury
The final date range is 1920-1915 and when visited shows several pages of much earlier (17xx) detail and ends with the front page of a register Nov 1920 to unspecified end date.
